    Bisleri is a 50-year-old packaged drinking water brand. It is the most trusted brand in India in its category and a household name since its inception.
    With a strong presence, Bisleri boasts 122 operational plants (13 owned) and a strong distribution network of 4,500 distributors and 5,000 distribution trucks across India and neighbouring countries.

    To further amplify that reach and to keep up with the trends, Bisleri aimed to draw new customer touchpoints with the launch of a revamped website and mobile app. We set up the following objectives to achieve that:

    • Creating a mini custom Customer Data Platform (CDP) and building a product-based marketing growth stack.
    • Optimizing customer experience through varied funnels, including building logistical efficiencies through digital transformation.
    • Retaining customers with feedback campaigns – targeting them at the right time with the right message via renewal and subscription campaigns.

    • A complete revamp with a new UI/UX strategy was implemented for the website with enhanced visual design.
    • New features were introduction to drive conversions and improve purchase motivations, such as Loyalty, Referrals, Subscription.
    • Delivery TAT were improved by designing and developing the end-to-end Last mile delivery systems

    • Data ecosystem development for doorstep delivery and logistics. A platform for users to interact on-the-go for real-time visibility was combined with an engine based on 15 parameters to identify the best possible delivery partner for each order to enable quick delivery.
    • Creating a custom Customer Data Platform (CDP) for seamless access to customer preferences and propensities.
    • Monitoring the dashboard for delivery TATs which can be optimized and moved using data technology.

    • Driving integration with digital campaigns and owned channels.

    • Outlining automated and smart journey to drive business KPIs & marketing technology stack for the new website/app ecosystem.
