Digital Analytics Manager | Location: Delhi / Mumbai | 20 December

Job Description & Work Exp.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Analytics Manager with 3-4 years of experience to lead our team and drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in implementing and managing comprehensive analytics solutions. 

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of digital analytics professionals, ensuring efficient and effective project execution. 
  • End-to-End Analytics: Implement and manage analytics solutions across web and app platforms using tools like Google Analytics 4, Firebase, Mixpanel, and Google Tag Manager. 
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, from initial engagement to proposal creation and pitching analytics services. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with paid media, social media, SEO, and technology teams to optimize performance and achieve business objectives. 
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide actionable insights to enhance UI/UX, optimize user journeys, and analyze session recordings, heatmaps, funnels, and other relevant data sources. 
  • Dashboard Collaboration: Work with the dashboarding team to create and implement comprehensive analytics, media, and SEO dashboards, providing strategic guidance and ensuring alignment with business objectives. 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of proven experience as a Senior Digital Analytics Analyst or a similar role. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Marketing is preferred. 
  • MBA is a plus point but not mandatory. 
  • Strong proficiency in web & app analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Firebase, Mixpanel, Google Tag Manager), MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch), CRO tools (VWO, Google Optimize, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity), data ETL & cloud platforms (Google BigQuery, GCP, Supermetrics), CMPs & privacy compliance tools, CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce, Pardot), and reporting and visualization tools (Looker Studio). 
  • Excellent understanding of data-driven marketing principles and methodologies. 
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of analysts. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data to executive stakeholders. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
