The Challenge/ Brief
Aims to digitalise most of the credit card functions by giving the customer the independence to manage the card themself. Strategise & design a product to reduce dependancy on call center. Uplift the old app to not only aesthetically elvate it but and also increase egagement.
Approach
With changing times and digitization, apdaptability is the only way to uplift the product. To also give the customers beyond their needs which can’t be ignored.
A self sustained app was the approach to address customers and business needs, by implemnting the three core pillars
We introduced a bot to address customer queries to a spend analyzer where they could manage their month spends.
Different cross sell products were designs within the same ecosystem to drive more sales.
