Group Head - Affiliate Marketing | Location: Mumbai | 02 September

Job Description & Work Exp.

The role involves tasks related to affiliate management, communication, marketing. The candidate will be responsible for driving affiliate marketing initiatives, strategies, executing marketing campaigns & contributing to sales efforts.

Responsibilities

Affiliate Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Objective: Expand the affiliate network with high-quality affiliates.
  • KRA: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates that align with the company’s target market and goals.

Affiliate Relationship Management:

  • Objective: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates.
  • KRA: Regularly communicate with affiliates, address their queries, and provide support to ensure they are motivated and effective.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Objective: Track and enhance affiliate performance.
  • KRA: Monitor affiliate performance metrics (e.g., sales, clicks, conversions) and implement strategies to optimize results, including adjusting commission structures or providing incentives.

Campaign Management and Strategy Development:

  • Objective: Develop and execute effective affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • KRA: Create and implement strategic plans for affiliate marketing campaigns, including promotions, seasonal offers, and product launches.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Objective: Ensure affiliate activities comply with legal and company standards.
  • KRA: Monitor affiliate activities for compliance with terms and conditions, and address any issues related to fraud or unethical behavior.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Objective: Provide insights and data to drive decisions.
  • KRA: Generate regular reports on affiliate performance, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and present findings to senior management.

Budget Management:

  • Objective: Optimize spend and return on investment.
  • KRA: Manage the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI from affiliate programs.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Objective: Align affiliate marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • KRA: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and integration of affiliate marketing strategies.

Innovation and Trend Analysis:

  • Objective: Stay ahead of industry trends and adopt best practices.
  • KRA: Research and implement new affiliate marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep the program competitive and effective.

Affiliate Training and Development:

  • Objective: Equip affiliates with the necessary tools and knowledge.
  • KRA: Develop and deliver training programs or resources for affiliates to enhance their performance and understanding of the company’s offerings.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must have experience in Affiliate Marketing and handling publishers for performance accounts
  • Must have knowledge on Lead generation, Email, SMS Campaign execution with publishers
  • Must have knowledge and experience in campaign execution such as CPL, CPA, CPI and Sale Campaigns
  • Should have a fair understanding of tools like Appsflyer, Branch, Similarweb, Appannie platforms
