We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design background, proven team handling experience, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling motion graphics for advertising and digital media.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of motion graphic designers to ensure high-quality output and adherence to project timelines.
• Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize, design, and execute animations and video content for digital platforms, advertisements, and multimedia projects.
• Develop motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and video content that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Create storyboards and visual concepts for projects and campaigns.
• Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to ensure their vision is effectively translated into motion graphics.
• Ensure proper implementation of animation principles, transitions, and visual effects to enhance viewer engagement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, new software, and techniques to continually improve creative output.
• Manage project timelines and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior team members.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, Animation, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 5-6 years of proven experience in motion graphic design, animation, or multimedia production.
• Team handling experience with a demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage creative teams.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other animation and design software.
• Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout for motion graphics.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute designs for a variety of media including social media, websites, and video.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of sound design, video editing, and compositing.
• Experience in storyboarding and scriptwriting for animation.
• Familiarity with emerging trends in motion graphics and interactive design.
